Blankets of Hope

The Samaritan Place of Restoration partnered with Immanuel Church in Wilmington, DE to donate blankets to the homeless here in Delaware. During the winter months as the temperature drops, we wanted to do our part in providing aid to those that need it most. Additionally, thanks to some partnerships with The Beehive LLC and Sun Behavioral Health, hygiene packages and socks were added to the blankets. Lastly, each of our volunteers wrote short, encouraging notes of hope and placed them with the blanket and gifts.
