About the Event
The Samaritan Place of Restoration is partnering with the Friendship House in Wilmington to empower those affected by homelessness. At the Friendship House Empowerment Center, we will be passing out hygiene bags with toothpaste and toothbrushes, sunblock, body soap, and more.
